Divaa is a registered clinical psychologist and holds a Masters Degree from the National University of Malaysia (UKM), Malaysia. She works closely with individuals struggling with emotional, behavioural and relational concerns. Divaa has experience in assessing and treating a wide range of mental health conditions including mood disorders, anxiety disorders, depressive disorders, borderline personality disorder, schizophrenia spectrum and psychotic disorders, trauma and related disorders as well as substance use disorders. Divaa values the collaborative relationship with her clients in working towards their therapeutic goals. In practice, she integrates principles from acceptance commitment therapy, cognitive behavioural therapy as well as dialectical behavioral therapy to cater to the specific needs of her clients. She also gives importance to client’s expression and is committed to provide a warm and supportive space for
her clients to process their thoughts and feelings.
