Stephanie has a passion for people's wellness, especially their thoughts, feelings and behaviours. Hence, she pursued a Master’s Degree in Counselling from University of Science Malaysia (USM). As a registered and licensed counsellor with the Board of Counsellors Malaysia (LKM), she is dedicated to helping individuals achieve holistic wellbeing.

She is also a trained eye movement desensitization reprocessing (EMDR) therapist, helping individuals to heal from trauma or other distressing life experiences. Her empathetic approach and expertise in EMDR allows her to effectively guide clients towards overcoming their past traumas and finding emotional resilience.

Additionally, she has experience working with adults across industries, running workshops, dealing with children and students, and addressing concerns unique to each individual. She practices Person-Centered Therapy, Reality Therapy and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), guiding individuals to grow together in challenging negative thoughts, learning new techniques to cope with difficult situations, focusing on personal growth, and fostering positive change.
